  • This project was a near-complete teardown and rebuild of a tilt-up campus. We started out by sending our crew up on lifts to patch holes in the existing concrete walls of all four buildings, then our masons came in to infill doors that were no longer needed. We finished up with the site and offsite curbs, gutters, driveways and then the paving in the loading docks and in the rear parking lot.

2025–2026 · LAYTON CONSTRUCTION · $1.2M

  • We build several of these ground-up gas stations each year, and our team has the sequencing dialed in — starting with the C Store and then the Carwash with its conveyor trench, then moving on to the Canopy Footings and coming back later to pour all of the curbs, gutters, canopy and tank slabs and finally the site paving. We even built the CMU Carwash on this one.

2025 · WAYNE PERRY · $1.0M

  • We built this EV Charging Lot for Semi Trucks in 5 months start to finish, including 40,000+ SF of 8.5" Thick Paving and 700 LF of 5' wide by 4' deep underground electrical trenches for which we excavated, poured foundations and walls, and topped off with precast concrete lids that we fabricated at our yard and shipped to the site.

2025 · SMITH AND SEVERSON · $1.4M

  • Working at Downtown Disney and building within ten feet of the monorail meant that our Project Managers had to be hands on for the logistics planning throughout this entire project. We had to move in all materials and wrap up any pours before the first visitors set foot on site at 5am. In the end our Concrete crew was able to get this foundation poured on schedule and our masons delivered amazing finishes on the buildings veneer and breeze block.

2024 · SHAWMUT · $700K

  • With Formlined planter walls and pour in place stairs built over Geofoam, our specialty decorative crew really flexed their muscle on this project. All materials had to be dropped into this atrium via boom lift providing an extra obstacle, but the beautiful end product was worth the logistics challenges.

2024 · PR CONSTRUCTION · $350K

  • We've built all shapes and sizes of Starbucks at this point — from ground-up drive-thrus as part of larger retail developments, to rebuilds on busy street corners, to small TIs where we're just patching back trenches. Locations include Northridge, Los Angeles, Orange County, and Inland Empire.

2017-2026 · CGC, KDC, PR CONSTRUCTION

  • Our masonry and structural concrete crews have been honing their craft on these large scale clean energy enclosures. With up to 36" thick concrete equipment pads and heavy rebar, we've developed standardized processes to ensure our formwork holds up tight and the masons are able to get in and out quickly on these screen walls. Locations include Los Angeles, Orange County, Inland Empire, Santa Clara, and San Joaquin.

2021-2026 · FASTECH

  • Under strict safety guidance and on non-negotiable timelines, we worked directly with AECOM's architect to remodel the hardscapes of all homes in the Carousel Tract in Carson. Our team was adaptable under the ever-changing requests of homeowners as we delivered decorative finishes to each home, making changes on the fly to bring our projects to completion before one set of owners moved back into their homes and the next moved out. Working with AECOM and Shell for 7 years helped us to develop our safety program at a top tier industry standard.

2017-2023 · AECOM & SHELL · $9M

  • Our team worked most weekends to ensure a pre-summer opening date on this challenging project. We built foundations and pedestals to support the massive waterslides, ensuring pinpoint accuracy of our work to accommodate the pre-fabricated structures. We also built all building foundations on site, including 5,000+ sf pour in place sump pits, locker rooms, restrooms, and convenience stores. Lastly we poured all site curbs and gutters and sidewalks, including a prevailing wage portion of work covering the city parking lot.

2021-2022 · KPRS · $4.0M
