WHO WE ARE
A concrete and masonry sub GCs keep calling back.
With 150 field employees on payroll, including our own finishing and masonry crews, AG Construction has the depth to staff projects from $350K specialty builds to $9M multi-year programs — without leaning on outside labor.
Our Superintendents average a decade-plus in the field, backed by a Project Management team that handles shop drawings, change orders, and daily GC coordination. That bench strength is why we consistently hit aggressive schedules — working weekends to meet a pre-summer waterpark opening, turning a 40,000 SF EV charging lot from mobilization to completion in five months, or compiling change orders on the fly to keep pace with homeowners moving in and out of a live restoration site.

FEATURED PROJECTS
Recent work across Southern California
2024 · SHAWMUT · $700K
Parkside Market at Downtown Disney
Working within ten feet of the monorail meant every pour had to wrap before the first visitors hit the park at 5am. Our concrete crew delivered the foundation on schedule, and our masons finished the buildings with custom veneer and breeze block.
2025 · WAYNE PERRY · $1.0M
Chevron Winchester
A full ground-up station with the sequencing dialed in — C Store, carwash with conveyor trench, canopy footings, then all site curbs, gutters, canopy and tank slabs, and paving. We built the CMU carwash on this one, too.
2021–2022 · KPRS · $4.0M
Wild Rivers Waterpark
Foundations and pedestals for 7 waterslides and 20 buildings, built to pinpoint accuracy for pre-fabricated structures. Most weekends worked. Delivered before opening day.
SAFETY CULTURE
Safety is how we run the job, not a program on the wall.
Each crew runs a Job Safety Analysis before work begins. Our onsite Safety Officers handle field training and incident reporting. Foremen run tailgate meetings weekly and have full authority to stop work the moment something doesn't look right. That's what it takes to send our people home the same way they showed up.
